I had some fresh mint left over so I googled drinks.  I know what a Mint Julep is but I have never tried it.  I substituted Ginger Ale for the sugar.  It was quite refreshing.  Primarily because I did not make the drink to strong.

Recipe
Mint Julep:

  1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice
  2. Pour in 1 shot of Bourbon (I used Southern Comfort)
  3. Fill the glass 3/4 full with the ginger ale
  4. Finish by adding 5 mint leaves and stir.
