My son, who will be a senior in college and living off campus, wants to learn how to cook. Â This is actually more about survival than bonding or leveraging my knowledge. Â But I will take it. Â I want to teach him some basics that can carry him for awhile. Â By teaching the basics of browning meat, I have set him up for a few things including a simple spaghetti with meat sauce.
