I had some left over avocado mayo and wanted to grill. Â Spice up some ground turkey and grill and you have a tasty dinner.

Recipe
Mexican Turkey Burger:
- Put approximately 2 lbs of ground turkey in a bowl and add 3 tsp paprika, 2 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp each salt & cayenne pepper
- Add 2 tbsp each lite sour cream and green chili salsa and mix well
- Grill on medium low heat for approximately 7 – 8 minutes per side
- In final minute of grilling, put on 3 slices of pepperjack cheese
- Assemble with 1 piece of red leaf lettuce and avocado mayo (see earlier post).

This turkey burger is making me hungry, even though we’ve already had dinner. It is so enticing!
I never heard of avocado mayo before.. We seldom eat avocado as part of a dish in Asia. Nevertheless, your burger looks so delicious though.. especially with the addition of those fries!
This burger sounds delicious with cumin and cayenne pepper along with other spices make it perfect.
