Don’t need to say much else. Â I have a fryer. Â The key is to double fry.

Recipe
French Cut Fries:
- Wash 3 baking potatoes and use your slicer to cut full length
- Set your fryer to 355 degrees
- Fry in batches, the first round for 4 minutes
- Pick up from oil and drain for 30 – 60 seconds
- Drop back in the fryer for an additional 4 minutes
- Place in a mixing bowl, add salt, shake and serve.
