Can I make or offer up a simple recipe? Twist my arm – it is hard for me to do. My Gluten Free Baked Chicken is just such a recipe.

I am so willing to spend so much time making recipes these days. And each day and week, I add more time consuming steps that I am willing to do in my recipes. I now grind a variety of spices for my meals. I also frequently toast the spices first as well. I always wash off my rice and rinse my lentils. These are small steps but when you start using them, you will notice the difference. Just watch the starch come off the rice as you rinse it.
I just searched my blog to find some easy recipes. I have more recipes than I realized. Some good ones include this EASY ASPARAGUS TART. Here is an Indian recipe EASY CHICKEN KORMA that is traditionally more difficult to make. How about his beautiful looking dessert – EASY PEAR TART. One last idea I am sharing is this EASY ASIAN BBQ CHICKEN.

I did add one extra step to this recipe. I brined my chicken first. This step is not necessary but it is one of those steps that I am willing to do now. I do not always brine my chicken though. After the brining, all I did was spice the chicken and throw it in the oven. I wish I could there was more to it.
The brining and spicing of the chicken.
