
Not all recipes have to be difficult to make. This Gluten Free Spiced Chicken is so easy and so tasty. I even brined the chicken first.
Mix the sugar, salt and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cool with ice cubes. Add the chicken and let sit overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wash off the the brine. Pat dry. Place on a baking sheet and liberally apply the spices. Place in the oven for 35 minutes. Let rest for 3 - 5 minutes.
