Friday Five – Cinco De Mayo

What else could I present today.  This is certainly a fun food day to pick some amazing recipes from my fellow bloggers.  so let’s start with an appetizer and make our own Salsa from Cookie Monster Cooking.

I don’t know about you but I need a drink to go with that salsa.  So how about this fruity twist on this classic by adding Strawberry & Rhubarb to a margarita A Thousand Threads.
