How much do you like the flavors of India? We love it and my Easy Tandoori Chicken is a great way to explore Indian food.
Jump to RecipeIf you have not tried Indian food, then this is your recipe. Tandoori chicken is mild on the Indian spice scale (my term). Tandoori chicken has spice but the predominant flavor is smoky. The recipe comes together so easily and so quickly. A tandoori spice mix is mixed into yogurt. The mixture is then rubbed on the chicken for an hour or overnight. When ready to cook, the extra marinade is shaken off and the chicken is grilled on an outdoor grill. That is all it takes.

The second challenge is that a number of recipes have quite a few steps. So try my tandoori chicken to get a start. When you get your confidence up, this link leads you to a number of my INDIAN RECIPES with more difficulty.
