Easy Tandoori Chicken

A very tasty and healthy Indian recipe is my Easy Tandoori Chicken. If this is your first experience with Indian food, give this recipe a try

Ingredients

  • 8 Whole Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp Tandoori spice rub
  • 2 Cups Greek fat free plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Begin by combining the yogurt and the tandoori spice. Mix well. Now add the chicken and rub the mixture all over the chicken. Place into a fridge and let it do its thing overnight.

    Bring the chicken out 1 hour before grilling. Turn on your grill on medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook 8 - 10 minutes per side.

    Serve and enjoy!
