Zucchini is so versatile. My Best Zucchini Bake is a recipe that I never thought of for zucchini until now.
Jump to RecipeIf you are like me, you are searching for recipes. Whether you go to PINTEREST, YOUTUBE, GOOGLE or more, we are always looking for inspiration. Frequently, I see something during the week and it stays with me all week. When Friday arrives, I start my planning of my weekend’s recipes. I grab the ideas that have stuck in my brain and either build the recipe from my memory or call back up an idea to make sure I can create it.

Zucchini, in and of itself, does not have a lot of flavor. It brings color and texture to dishes. It is so flexible. Something I just saw and tried was adding grated zucchini to ground turkey for burgers. It is such an amazing idea and the turkey burgers were the moistest burgers I ever made. I will do this idea again and post for you.
