As you all know, certainly my long time readers, my favorite place to eat at is a diner.  My favorite food show is Diners, Drive-ins & Dives.  If you want to search Diners around the Country from this show, here is the Flavortown link.  I love breakfast.  I love comfort food.  But most of all, diners are about culture.  Diners represent the true essence of a city of the people.  Voula’s was no exception.  Voula’s, in Seattle is actually called Voula’s Offshore Cafe.  You have to want to get here.  It is not downtown and it is not on the water.  I assume that has something to do with the name.  Have any of you ever eaten at Voula’s?  What did you think?  What was your favorite menu item?

We had a few different dishes.  My daughter had the Naked Hobo (no meat):

That’s her hand which I am sure you recognize from a number of my previous posts.  Or maybe you don’t recognize that her nails are actually all one color.  My son had the Pinata Benedict:

I had the Greek Hobo (ground Lamb sausage added to the Naked Hobo):
