As many of my FB and twitter followers know, I just got back from a family trip to the Northwest. Â Besides absolutely beautiful scenery and memories of a lifetime with my family, we experienced a food orgy. Â There are some good eats in Seattle and Portland. Â I have to say that Portland is a phenomenal food city. Â My 22 year old son Sam and I did the food planning. Â Well let’s say, Sam shared some ideas that I took under consideration. Â One idea that I was 100% in on was Voodoo donuts. Â This place is unreal. Â The lines are ridiculous and totally warranted. Â These pics show the aura, the place and the donuts. Â This is a must stop for anyone.

Place looks awesome! Portland and Seattle are definitely on my list of places I want to go. The food scene seems awesome!

Good to see you back. How was the wedding? Both cities are great food cities but I would say Portland was an awesome food city. Great food truck scene too.
