As many of my FB and twitter followers know, I just got back from a family trip to the Northwest.  Besides absolutely beautiful scenery and memories of a lifetime with my family, we experienced a food orgy.   There are some good eats in Seattle and Portland.  I have to say that Portland is a phenomenal food city.  My 22 year old son Sam and I did the food planning.  Well let’s say, Sam shared some ideas that I took under consideration.  One idea that I was 100% in on was Voodoo donuts.  This place is unreal.  The lines are ridiculous and totally warranted.  These pics show the aura, the place and the donuts.  This is a must stop for anyone.

Good to see you back. How was the wedding? Both cities are great food cities but I would say Portland was an awesome food city. Great food truck scene too.
