This post is only a beginning on this topic because it is so broad and important. As I think about the importance of this topic, it is so much more about our consciousness of what we put into our bodies. I care but do I care enough to understand the issues and make changes in what I cook and what I eat? I know that I am not there yet but the thought of cleaner eating is rising in my consciousness. I am inspired by others who make the change to cleaner eating. My current thought process is that there are a number of avenues to pursue this goal organic, vegan, raw to name only a few. I think ultimately we need to choose what feels right. What aligns with our higher self. Hopefully, this post will be the catalyst to inspire me to make the changes that I need.
I have provided the link below to an initial article that appeared in Men’s Health. Since there are no coincidences in life, I just read a post from Sensual Appeal that really touched me and connected to this topic. Her bearing her soul and her trial, really spoke to me on this issue I am writing about here and struggling with myself. I have provided her link below as well. She wrote about her overcoming binge eating. Her motivation was for clean living. I hope you will read her post through the link provided and that we all send energy her way to help her on her path.
