The second installment in my Tuesday’s tops is the health benefits of ginger. I want to be clear again that I am not advocating or supporting these claims. I believe that most of us that cook and like to eat have a general curiosity about what we eat and how to make foods healthier. Ginger has long been known or thought to have many healing properties.
