The key to a great main course is pairing just the right side, the sauce to accent the meal. Â As you have read, and I am pursuing with more zeal, trying to make more recipes using non-fat or low-fat ingredients. Â I am finding, one can really create so many recipes using lower or no-fat ingredients without losing any taste. Â This recipe has only 4 ingredients. Â You will assume because of the Sriracha that this is spicy. Â It really is pretty tame. Â It is the perfect sauce for the fish cakes that I served it with.
Sriracha is becoming a more used condiment in our house. But what exactly is Sriracha sauce and where did it get its name. Wikipedia tells us that Sriracha actually gets its name from a coastal city in Thailand called Si Racha in an Eastern Province. The ingredients that make up Sriracha are Chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.
