The key to a great main course is pairing just the right side, the sauce to accent the meal.  As you have read, and I am pursuing with more zeal, trying to make more recipes using non-fat or low-fat ingredients.  I am finding, one can really create so many recipes using lower or no-fat ingredients without losing any taste.  This recipe has only 4 ingredients.  You will assume because of the Sriracha that this is spicy.  It really is pretty tame.  It is the perfect sauce for the fish cakes that I served it with.

Sriracha is becoming a more used condiment in our house.  But what exactly is Sriracha sauce and where did it get its name.  Wikipedia tells us that Sriracha actually gets its name from a coastal city in Thailand called Si Racha in an Eastern Province. The ingredients that make up Sriracha are Chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.

If you are looking for more ways to use Sriracha sauce, then connect with this link from an old issue of Bon Appetit.
