I’m not so crazy about hash browns–more a fan of home fries. With that said, I love the idea of creative hash brown skillets.
The great thing about restaurants like S&G is that they lack pretension. You immediately feel comfortable from the service (5 coffee refills) to the decor to the food. It’s all familiar. Raises the chance that you’ll make the sale or get the deal done. There’s one of these in every town across the map (luckily this one’s in my neighborhood).
Hey there! Thanks for the request on Tasty Kitchen. I’m right there with you in breakfast realm. Jumping out of bed and putting together a breakfast skillet is the best way to wake up! I like what I’ve seen of your recipes so far and look forward to seeing more of your posts!
