One of these days I will get bread making figured out. The smell in the house when it is baking and when it first comes out of the oven, can not be matched. Anyone who is in the house, runs downstairs to give it a try. Note to self, make bread, bring family together.
I am still struggling a little with the doneness of the bread. I cooked this at least 5 minutes longer than my recipe called for (I used my Old Fashioned White Bread post). That recipe used a loaf pan. I prefer the rustic look as well as the crustier outside of the bread. I think it makes for better grilling. You know there will be a future post about a grilled sandwich. You will have to comeback to see the creation. Yes, it involves another version of the faux Velveeta.
