Not exactly a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

If you saw the previous post, you know I started with a ciabatta loaf that was covered in olive oil and a garlic butter cheese spread.  I then took Italian spiced rare roast beef I bought at the deli and warmed it in a pan with chicken stock that I infused with a few cloves of garlic.

Recipe
Cheesesteak Sandwich:

  1. Take a good couple of slices of the toasted bread and cheese mixture
  2. Top with a healthy portion of the warmed meat and dig in.
