For the person who really likes burgers, it is hard to like a turkey or chicken burger. The key to maybe winning over that red meat lover is to load the turkey burger with lots of flavors.Â

It was very fortuitous for you. You are totally right – you cannot add bread crumbs when using turkey – it lacks moisture to begin with. I added more worcestershire sauce than the recipe I pulled this from. You could even add a little more moisture if you want. Enjoy and let me know how your’s turn out?

I actually have ground turkey thawing out as I type and was wanting to do something different with my burgers tonight, then I see your post! They sound great, think I will add some spice and flare to mine as well this evening. I like that you do not have bread crumbs listed. They dry out turkey, which is already relatively low in fat compared to beef. I do like to add some cooked quinoa to mine!
