So, at what age did you start realizing you needed to eat more salads? Â For me, the thought started at 40. Â Came up again at 50 and I accept it and fight natures pull through diet and exercise as much as I can. Â With that said, adding more salads to your diet does not mean you have to lose taste. Â I have learned with salads to add lots of vegetables, colors and textures to keep it interesting. Â Ultimately, though, the dressing has to make the salad.
Â
It is so easy to make salad dressing and what you make is so much better than the bottle kind. Â Most dressings are only a few ingredients and only take a few minutes at most to put together.
