Guacamole

This recipe was adapted from Alton Brown with another ounce of kick in it!

 

Recipe
Guacamole:

Ingredients

  • 4 Haas avocados, halved and peeled
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 12 spoonfuls of prepared minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of cilantro for looks

Directions

In a large bowl take the avocado and mash lightly.  Add the all the above ingredients except the cilantro and fold in. Top with the cilantro and serve immediately of if you refrigerate, take out 1 hour before serving.
