I never like to let anything go to waste and the best thing about the weekend is making a sandwich with Friday’s leftovers.  I took slices of my turkey/chicken meatloaf and paired it with Havarti cheese.  No mayo needed.  I simply drizzled a little extra BBQ sauce.
