This creation is putting a spin on a sandwich that my daughter will enjoy too.  Her tastes are narrower than my youngest in terms of spice and desiring a little more greens with her meals.  Hence, the above titled was created.

Recipe
Grilled Smoked Turkey with Havarti Cheese and Arugula:

  1. Start by buttering 2 pieces of Challah and add a light spread of sweet & spicy mustard
  2. Compile the sandwich with 5 slices of shaved smoked turkey; add 6 slices of Havarti cheese (who says you can have too much cheese?) and finish with arugula
  3. Place on a 350 degree grill arugula side down first;  cook for 3 minutes and flip and cook for another 3 minutes;  when flipped to the 2nd side cover with a pot cover to help with the melting of the cheese.
