This recipe is adapted from our blogger community.  It is really easy to make and tasted really good.

Recipe
Mustard Chicken:

  1. Use as much chicken as you like – I used a combination of breasts and thighs
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of dijon mustard, 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup and 2 tsp of rice wine vinegar
  3. In a baking dish, lay out the chicken and cover with roughly 3/4’s of the mustard mixture; turn and coat each piece
  4. Place in a 450 degree oven uncovered for 40 minutes
  5. At approximatley 10 minutes remaining, baste the chicken with the remaining mustard sauce
