Well it is Friday and we all know what that means. Let’s guess. We are one week before Thanksgiving. What should I do? Well the last 2 weeks, I have posted a whole Thanksgiving addition and one for Thanksgiving sides. In 2013, I posted a couple of Cajun ideas including a Cajun Turkey Breast and Cajun Stuffing. But you know what I have never done for Thanksgiving? A complete dessert theme. So today I present the Friday Five – Thanksgiving Desserts.
So our first recipe is more than just a dessert. I think these Pound Cake Leaves and Pumpkins can be centerpieces as well. These really neat idea was developed by Hungry Happenings.
If you are like me and it cannot be to chocolaty, then you have to dive into this Cranberry Chocolate Truffle Cake. This looks as rich as it does beautiful. What a lovely creation by Sugar Hero.
This next dessert presents the perfect fall colors. It is called a Pumpkin Pie Dessert Lasagna. What a fun dessert created by The Cookie Rookie.
If you cannot decide what pie you would like to make, why not bake a number of them. The Harried Housewife did just that for her Thanksgiving with these Easy Miniature Pies.
These Cranberry Sauce Mini Cheesecakes are as beautiful as they are tasty (I am assuming). What a beautiful dessert and presentation developed by Sweet Pea and Saffron.
We finish our Friday Five – Thanksgiving Desserts with a light dessert. I know, you have no room for dessert. Neither do I but maybe we can find the room for these Sweet Potato Souffles made by A Spicy Perspective
