For this addition of the Friday Five, I present a much lighter version.  That’s right, all salads.  Summer is such a great tie to enjoy a salad.  So feast your eyes on these offerings and maybe, even give them a try.

So we begin our salad journey with the simple Caprese Salad from The View from Great Island.

Sticking with the fruit (yes, tomato is a fruit), let’s try this Avocado Citrus Salad from I Wash You Dry.

Salads exist in all cultures.  Next is a Mexican Quinoa Salad from Dear Chrissy.

We add a little more to the salad with this BBQ Chicken Salad with an Avocado Dressing from Shared Appetite.

This may be more of a side than just a salad but it looks awesome.  So here is the Bacon and Avocado Macaroni Salad from Damn Delicious.
