I have been out of town this week and on the ocean so I have eaten fish at every meal, and I mean every meal.  May need to try something else when I get home.  But I do have to say, I have had fish that we caught directly and ate it only hours later.  Now that is fresh and the flavor is so amazing.  So this week I present a belated Friday Five – Seafood.

Let’s warm up with an appetizer of a Seafood Chowder from Clean Eats from My Sweets.

And you know I love a grilled Cheese.  Fish can be so versatile.  You just need to know what fish to work with.  Here is a Crab Grilled Cheese from the Blog Chef.

My regular readers also know I love Mexican food and my wife particularly loves Fish Tacos.  These Beer Battered Fish Tacos are presented by Jessiker Bakes.

Continuing with the theme for the versatility of fish, this Smoked Salmon Asparagus & Poach Egg Sandwich from Chocolate & Marrow is worthy of Dagwood.

Now my favorite fish has to be salmon.  This Teriyaki Glazed Salmon from Lovely Little Kitchen is just beautiful.

To complete this round up, I conclude with a pasta dish.  This Shrimp Scampi from Damn Delicious looks amazing.
