Friday Five – Mexican addition 2

This is the 2nd installment of the Friday Five – Mexican addition 2 to offer you (and me) with ideas to try this weekend.  Cinco De Mayo day is coming up Monday.  So that is as good a reason as anyone to make Mexican food.  So we begin this journey with a drink.  A margarita of course.

Our next offering is presented both as an appetizer or a side – Roasted Potato Cups with Loaded Guacamole from She Likes Food.

You say you need another side and maybe some fries.  Check out these Tijuana Street Fries from Half Baked Harvest.

Our meal would not be complete without dessert.  Our first offering is a Margarita Cookie (now were talking) from my friend Tara at Noshing with the Nolands.
