This week’s theme is the first Fall installment.  I am going all the way.  No not that way, it is an all pumpkin day.  Get your minds out of the gutter.  This is a cooking blog.

Pumpkin Cream Soup with Sage Pesto from Food for the Soul (what a great name for a blog, almost as good as Feed Your Soul).

Before we get on with the full meal, let’s cleanse our pallette with a Pumpkin Vanilla Cocktail from Beantown Baker

For the main course, I offer you a Pumpkin Burger with a coconut curry sauce and caramelized onions from Sandwicherie

Maybe this isn’t a perfect complement (certainly if you are on the Atkins diet) but the link is the curry and this looks really good – Pumpkin Curry Risotto from Vegan Yak Attack.

Let’s cap off the evening with Pumpkin Kiss Brownies from Buttercream Blondie
