I am taking a totally different perspective with this Friday Five post. Instead of thinking of a type of food theme, I thought of a situation. The situation is one that all of us face. We would like a home cooked meal but because of work, our schedules or whatever, we just do not have much time to prepare it. Therefore, I present to you the Friday Five – 15 Minute Meals addition.
Our first idea is a Rosemary Citrus Shrimp Taco from Melanie Makes.

I am noticing as I post these 15 minute meals, that the last two were vegetarian recipes. That is a good thing. This next idea is a Spinach & Chickpea Skillet from the Collegiate Vegan.

Bringing us back out of the vegetarian mode, this next meal looks delicious, and yes, contains meat and can be made in 15 minutes. This is Chicken and Asparagus from Gimme Some Oven.
