I am assuming most people do not happen to pass by Kenosha Wisconsin.  If you do, this is a must stop but you have to get there before 1:30pm.  My partners and I had a business meeting in Milwaukee and on the way back looked at a shopping center in Kenosha.  Well, I said to the guys that I have gone to this diner with my kids.  They reluctantly went with me.  To their surprise, they loved it.

They are know for what they call the Garbage Plate.  Instead of putting vegetables and bacon or sausage, and in my case, corned beef inside like an omelet, they put it all together including the hash browns and cook it as one item.  Bottom line is it works.

I love those funky little hole in the wall places! Sounds like you have good business partners who will think (and eat) outside the box! Who needs corporate America?
