The final stop on the Block College visitation and eating tour. Springfield is the home of the “shoe”, more formally known as the horseshoe. A “shoe” is a piece of white bread topped with your choice of meat, fries and then cheese sauce. This was a hamburger shoe with cheddar and jalapeno cheeses.
