So I have been baking a lot of cookies of late because I am participating in the Great Blogger Cookie Swap.  This is a wonderful cause supporting Kids Cancer Organization.  This is a very small way for me, and fellow food bloggers to pay all of you back for your support of our blogs.  We make a donation to be part of this program and bake cookies and share them with fellow bloggers – Secret Santa style.  If one of my readers reads this post and makes a donation, the kids are the winner.  Thank you for everything.

My first post for this cookie swap was my Sugar Cookies.  If you know me, you know I love chocolate.  So how do you make a decadent chocolate cookie?  Add melted rich chocolate to your dry ingredients.  If that is not enough, add chocolate flavored chips to the cookie.  Any chocolate lovers out there?  These Dark Chocolate White Chip Cookies are the richest cookie you may ever eat or make.

These cookies look fantastic. I love the combination of the dark and white chocolate.
