I had some leftover white chocolate mousse and some egg nog cappuccino frosting from an ill fated cake I tried to make. Â My good fortune. Â I thought I would make cupcakes because I would have just enough of each for cupcakes so I made these Yellow cupcakes with white chocolate mousse filling and an egg nog cappuccino frosting titled -Cupcake Mousse filling EggNog Cappuccino Frosting
I have never made a filled cupcake so I had to figure this out as I went. Â I found some of the tools to use – one to cut out the center and one to fill. Â It is not particular hard but there is a little art to it. Â The piece that takes out the center of the cupcake needs to be inserted and then rotated to pull out the center. Â The piece to fill and to frost needs to be applied with an appropriate amount of pressure.
