I had heavy whipping cream in the fridge and needed to be used. Â On the way home from work, I quickly stopped at the store to pick up some strawberries and blueberries. Â I also had the Blueberry glaze from my cheesecake that needed to be used as well.
Merge the 2 and you have an idea for a dessert. Â Heavy whipping cream is not ideal for making cream but it is what I had and what I worked with. Â Layer it with fruit and the blueberry glaze and you have a light and tasty dessert.
