I had some left over avocado mayo and wanted to grill.  Spice up some ground turkey and grill and you have a tasty dinner.

Recipe
Mexican Turkey Burger:

  1. Put approximately 2 lbs of ground turkey in a bowl and add 3 tsp paprika, 2 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp each salt & cayenne pepper
  2. Add 2 tbsp each lite sour cream and green chili salsa and mix well
  3. Grill on medium low heat for approximately 7 – 8 minutes per side
  4. In final minute of grilling, put on 3 slices of pepperjack cheese
  5. Assemble with 1 piece of red leaf lettuce and avocado mayo (see earlier post).

I never heard of avocado mayo before.. We seldom eat avocado as part of a dish in Asia. Nevertheless, your burger looks so delicious though.. especially with the addition of those fries!
