Combining smooth Brie cheese with the spice of pepper jelly on crusty bread, makes for a tasty grilled sandwich. Since Brie cheese takes longer to melt, cook the whole time with the sandwich covered.

Recipe
Grilled Brie & Red Pepper Jalapeno Jelly:
- Start with some fresh crusty bread and butter 1 side of each piece
- Take a quartered Brie cheese wheel and cut 2 slices lengthwise and place on first piece of bread
- Next, take 2 tbsp of Red Pepper Jalapeno Jelly (my jelly was from the Al Mar orchard outside of Flint, Michigan)
- Finish by topping with a few leaves of arugula
- Place on to a grill heated to 350 degrees and cook 3 minutes per side with a pot top covering throughout the cooking process and serve

I am a HUGE fan of spicy jelly and brie, so this sandwich has me drooling!!! I will be making this as I happen to have some jalapeno jelly in the fridge! Now I just need some brie.

If it has the words cheese and jalapeno’s I’m in! Add the word Brie and I’ve gone to heaven! Scrumptious!
