Don’t need to say much else.  I have a fryer.  The key is to double fry.

Recipe
French Cut Fries:

  1. Wash 3 baking potatoes and use your slicer to cut full length
  2. Set your fryer to 355 degrees
  3. Fry in batches, the first round for 4 minutes
  4. Pick up from oil and drain for 30 – 60 seconds
  5. Drop back in the fryer for an additional 4 minutes
  6. Place in a mixing bowl, add salt, shake and serve.

Both the fries and the turkey burger look amazing. I adore French fries, but have never tried to make them. You make it look so easy!

My daughter likes french fries a lot. I haven’t tried at home. Now I will try with your recipe.

Now that’s something my husband always says, “the key is to double fry”. Blanch first! He should know, he grew up in Belgium where there’s a fritery on every corner.
