Slow cooking and dry rub.  These are the 2 key factors to making great beef ribs.  These are not for everyone but if you give them a try, you will be surprised.

Recipe
Beef Recipes:

  1. For the dry rub, combine 2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp each cumin, paprika, black pepper and ground yellow mustard
  2. Warm your grill on low heat and after rubbing the ribs with 1/2 the spice rub, place the beef rack on a layer of tin foil
  3. Cook for 2 – 2 1/2 hours; let cool for 5 minutes, cut and serve.

These look good – I’ve only made ribs once or twice but this is inspiring me to try again! Thank you!
