Saturday begins my Cajun week of posts that I am bringing to you with my friend the Creole Contessa. So to get you all warmed up, I am bringing totally Cajun recipes from my fellow bloggers. I am not promising that there is balance to this meal, just classic recipes. I think Cajun is not appreciated because most people have not tried it.
