My Whitefish Seafood Burger started with grinding my own seafood. The burger is loaded with creamy cole slaw, lettuce, tomato and an aioli.
Begin by grinding the fish with the dill and parsley. Grind a second time to ensure an even grind and that all the ingredients are blended. Next, add in the mustard, salt, lemon pepper and old bay seasoning.
Form into burger patties and place on a parchment lined baking tray. Stick in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge and place in a 325 degree oven for 12 minutes. Take out of the oven and cook in a skillet on medium high heat for 3 - 4 minutes per side.
To serve, grill the bun, place the lettuce on the bottom bun; add the burger topped with the spicy aioli; finish by topping with the tomato and the creamy cole slaw. Enjoy!
