
Take your traditional Italian polenta to the next level by adding a cheesy kick with these GF Hatch Chili Cheese Polenta and creating a fusion of flavors.
Heat the water on medium high eat and add the conrmeal slowly. Keep stirring until all the cornmeal is added and bring to a boil. Add in the coconut milk and keep stirring. Turn heat down to medium heat and stir frequently.
In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the cheese. Cook and stir until it melts.
