Ingredients

  • 6 6 Oz Salmon fillets
  • 1 Whole Lemon
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Dill weed
  • 3 Tbsp Dill & Garlic Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp Smoky Garlic Onion Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Capers

Instructions

  1. Begin by combining all the mustard ingredients reserving the capers. Next, place the salmon fillets on a baking tray covered with parchment paper (the paper just makes the clean up easy but is not necessary).

    Place in a 325 degree oven and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving.
