
Dress up your chicken with a piquante sauce or have fun by stuffing it. My asparagus cheese stuffed chicken has great flavor and great color.
Place all the ingredients in the blender except for the oil. Blend until everything is combined. Now, slowly drizzle in the oil until the sauce becomes thick.
Begin by drizzling the asparagus with olive oil and bake at 325 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes. While the asparagus is cooking, slit the breast in half but not all the way through. Add the sliced cheeses and the asparagus in the slit of the chicken breast. Spice both sides of the breasts.
Heat the remaining oil in a cast iron skillet. Once hot, add the chicken and cook on high heat searing each side for 2 - 4 minutes. Place in 325 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
