Tuesday’s Tip – Health benefits of Ginger

The second installment in my Tuesday’s tops is the health benefits of ginger.  I want to be clear again that I am not advocating or supporting these claims.  I believe that most of us that cook and like to eat have a general curiosity about what we eat and how to make foods healthier.  Ginger has long been known or thought to have many healing properties.  I have attached two links to share some of those ideas – Health Beneifts of Ginger.  This first link is a little more general and the next link is from an organization called the Natural Society – Ginger

    This is a very helpful series Peter. Ginger ale was a staple in our house when I was growing up.
