It is awesome how many people do care about what we eat.  But the everyday person like myself is not over the top with the issues but am learning and appreciating more and more.  I am just looking to find some balance between eating good for me and indulging every so often.  This first link is from a post I saw from Fourmandelle – a blog about how eating improved her life.

The last post at least connects to a medical source.  My simple take away is that peppers may be linked to positive benefits of weight loss (increased metabolism) and pain reduction.
