Smoked Chicken Roll-Up

What I often try to do on Sundays is throw some chicken on the smoker so my wife can throw it on a salad.  For me, the question is always, how else will I try to use it.  Had 5 minutes last night and didn’t feel like a salad today (maybe I should so I can lose a couple of pounds).  Throw it in a wrap with a couple of vegetables and a little spice and there you go.

Recipe
Smoked Chicken Roll-Up:

  1. Take 1 wheat tortilla and top with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and 8 drops of sriracha sauce
  2. Next, take 3 reasonably thin slices from the smoked chicken breast and lay on top
  3. Finish by adding 2 – 3 slices of red and orange peppers and 1 piece of romaine lettuce

    I like smoking chicken. Do you use a dry rub? How long do you smoke it?
