The Shake Shack with its cult following in other cities will finally be coming to Chicago. The Shake Shack will be opening on November 4th as recently reported by Eater Chicago. If you are a Chicagoan, you are in luck. Not only because it is coming but because you are reading this post. As long as you are not a family member of mine, the first 10 people who leave a comment on this post will receive a free coupon to the Sugar Shack provided to me by the restaurant and its PR firm. The new store will be opening at 66 E. Ohio Street (at Rush Street) in the former Harley Davidson store.
So what is the Shake Shack. It has been described as the non-burger burger joint. My research shows that it is a burger, hot dog joint with high quality products that is sensitive to local customs. In Chicago that means it’s hot dogs will be Vienna Beef.
