Curry Sauce

parsley

cilantro

yellow onion

tomato paste

coconut milk

avocado oil

Combine the ground turkey with all the spices. Mix well.

Roll into balls and place on a baking tray.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Rotate halfway through cooking.
Curry Sauce

Combine herbs, spices, garlic, onions and tomato puree in a blender. Mix well.

Heat the oil in a skillet.

Add the herb blend and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the coconut milk, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the meatballs to the curry sauce and cook for 15 minutes.
