
Healthy steamed Asian halibut finished in a steam oven. Light, flavorful recipe that comes together quickly and highlights clean ingredients.
Start by heating the oil in a skilllet. Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise. Once hot, add the bok choy cut side down. Cook for a few mintues to get a good char. The cooking will be completed in the steam oven.
Cut the halibut into 3 equal pieces. Add the bok choy to a baking dish. Top it with the halibut. Now add the spice on to the halibut. Place in the steam oven for 8 - 10 minutes. You want to cook until the fish is no long opaque. Finish by topping with the green onions. Serve and enjoy!
